point of order regarding confining remarks to the bill.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the bill

Representative Edgmon moved the previous question.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman objected.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Edgmon moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
